Banana Sound was founded in the summer of 2006 in Mutterstadt/Mannheim , Germany, when Selecta GanjaGunMan started mixing Reggae & Dancehall Tunes.
He soon started selecting on his own playin at private parties .
In 2008 MC Xtra joined Banana Sound and they played them first gigs in small clubs in other towns.
After one year MC Xtra left Banana Sound and Selecta GanjaGunMan juggled on his own again.
The year 2009 seemed like the end of Banana Sound, no gigs, no Mc, no perspective therefore GanjaGunMan joined Convict Sound, because of his love to this music.
In december 2009 the tide has turned and MC Mr Klikk joined Banana Sound. At first Mr Klikk was the promoter of the sound.
Banana Sound returned and because of Mr Klikk's work they got some gigs in a few Clubs around Mannheim.
In february 2010 they got them first theirs first regular event in MILJÖÖ CLUB Mannheim.
DANCEHALL OF FAME was born.
The only problem on that point of time was the missing MC but Mr Klikk took the mic and Banana Sound got a new MC.
Mr Klikk is a real entertainer pon stage and he never thought about it , but it worked, the team GANJA-GUN-MAN & MR KLIKK was born
Ganja-Gun-Man & Mr Klikk trained their skills and worked really hard for the success.
Today DANCEHALL OF FAME & Banana Sound are a really important part of the regional Reggae/Dancehall scene.

At the DANCEHALL OF FAME regular, they had guests like HERBALIZE IT (NL) , IRIE CREW (FR) , BIG MAMA (GER) or BASSTONE (GER)
and many regional Soundsystems.
In summer 2010 they started playing in a few Clubs all over Germany and the journey just begins.
